Sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day, unless you are too busy.
In that case, sit for one hour.

By the way, I may have mentioned before but I read in a book once that a good thing to do as you fall asleep is try to think of the five happiest moments of your day. It’s great – sifting and choosing the five happiest. You find that even on not-so-good overall days you had happy moments. It could be the tiniest thing, such as liking the pattern on a table cloth or a cat purring at you. It’s an interesting thing to do and a great closure to the day. I love doing it. Try it tonight!
